This project was commissioned for the waiting room in the Paediatric ER. The staff decided on a jungle theme for the murals, the largest of which is 2 metres tall. I wanted to use the height in the best way possible and felt a waterfall would be perfect. After that, the idea for a trip down the river emerged. Each mural shows animals and their babies playing and interacting with each other as the river flows by.
